What if my audience is too small?
Size matters less than heat. Twenty past clients who got a real result beat thousands of cold contacts. On the Day 0 call we run the audience math first. If there is not enough there to hit a number worth your time, I tell you before we start, not after.
What if nobody buys and I look desperate to my audience?
This is why we pre-qualify the audience, set a realistic target, and design the offer to reinforce premium positioning with limited spots and added value rather than discounting. There is also a mid-sprint pivot call built in, so if something is not landing we adjust while the sprint is still live instead of riding it into the ground.
Do you need access to my CRM or list?
No access to your CRM or list. You keep full control of your tools and your data, and you send from your own accounts. The only access we ask for is view-only on whatever you use to receive payments, purely so we can track cash collected and calculate the 15% accurately. If you want a VA or team member to run the sends, I give you a step-by-step SOP and a walkthrough so they cannot get it wrong.
Can we do this without my team?
Yes. The whole play is designed so one founder can run it. If you do have a team, even better: everything is documented so you can hand the sends off and stay focused on closing.
Why 15% instead of a flat fee?
Because it keeps our incentives identical. I do not get paid unless cash actually lands in your account. A flat fee gets paid whether the sprint works or not. This does not.
